We offer a 90 day warranty. We require you to email us a photo/video letting us know what is wrong with the massage gun to help@OriginalMassageGun.com
We will first try to trouble shoot the issue with you, but if we can not fix it for you - we will give you a prepaid return label and once received, we will ship your new OriginalMassageGun.
We will not be accepting returns for buyers remorse, we run an all sales final policy. However, if a mistake is made on our end or the product is not functioning properly we will always do our best to correct it.
